Will it fit my pillowcases?
The current listed size is 48 × 74 cm. Compare those measurements with your pillowcase for the fit you prefer.
Why does it arrive compressed?
Vacuum-compressed packaging keeps the parcel compact during shipping. Remove the packaging, gently fluff the pillow and let it air and recover its loft before judging the feel. Follow any unpacking instructions supplied with your pillow.
How do I wash it?
Follow the care label. Use a mild detergent on a gentle cold cycle; avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls, and fluff regularly. If you are considering a return, check the return conditions before washing: washed items may be refused or receive a reduced refund.
How long does shipping take?
Allow 1–3 business days for production and quality checks. Estimated shipping: 5–12 business days for the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK; 8–15 business days worldwide. These are estimates; customs, couriers and holidays can affect delivery. Free shipping is included in the current offer.
